Happy Hanukah!
We had a little Hanukah at home. Then Ruby and I went to a friend's Hanukah party. Paul is preparing for another trial so he couldn't go this time.
The cat and candles were the highlights of the party for Ruby.
And of course no posting is complete without the famous child in the washing machine picture.

See Ruby sign to let us know shes hungry
I thought these two tiny videos were good examples of how cute Ruby is when she uses sign language. We were at the zoo and she signed to us that she wanted a snack.
She can do lots of words now, including: hungry, milk, more, hug, cat, dog, fish, giraffe, elephant, butterfly, bird, monkey, airplane, ball and more that I can't think of at the moment.
She speaks words too. She tries to say new ones every day and has a few new ones she is consistent with, like "shish" for fish and "dob" for dog.

Fairyland
This was the first time to Fairyland for Ruby and her friend Aurora. We had a great time. Paul was able to join us for a bit after work.
It was Halloween Jamboree Day. Although it was too hot for Ruby's flower costume and Aurora's Elmo suit, we did get to see this very tiny ballerina (2 months) and teeny-weeny skeleton, among other cute ones.
